Ayia Napa Youth Soccer Festival 2027

Exciting News!

We're excited to announce that BFA will be participating in the Ayia Napa Youth Soccer Festival 2027 in Ayia Napa, Cyprus!

The BFAmily is heading back to the McDonald's Ayia Napa International Youth Soccer Festival. In 2025, 18 BFA teams played in Ayia Napa and our Mansourieh 2015 team came home champions. This year the festival is open to our boys and our girls.

Age Groups:

Boys: born 2010 to 2020

Girls: 2013, 2014 and 2015

Match days: 24 to 29 April 2027. Trip dates: 23 to 28 April 2027.

Venue: Ayia Napa Municipal Stadium, Ayia Napa (directions)

Trip package

5 nights / 6 days: $1,450 per player (excluding visa fees)

• Full board accommodation in a 3 or 4 star hotel (breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Important dates

16/02/2027: Last date for registration

16/02/2027: Deadline for first payment: $700

17/03/2027: Submit all visa documents to BFA for review

25/03/2027: Deadline for final payment: $750

Which hotel will we stay in?

Teams will stay in a 3 or 4 star hotel.

Where will the meals be served?

All meals will be served at the hotel.

Can parents come along?

Yes. Parents accompanying the players can book their flight on their own or through BFA, and stay at the same hotel (not in the same rooms as their child). For parent packages and prices, please contact us on WhatsApp: +961 76 354 532.

What happens if we cancel?

Cancellation 45 days before the tournament: cancellation fee is $300 per person.

Cancellation 30 days before the tournament: cancellation fee is $500 per person.

Cancellation less than 20 days before the tournament: cancellation fee is 100% of total cost per person.

Which airport should we arrive at?

Larnaca International Airport (LCA)

Visa Requirements (Lebanese Citizens)

A Cyprus visa is required. Passport must be valid for at least 3 months after the stay.

• Visa application form, completed in English and signed (for minors: signed by both parents, with the letter of consent)

• Two recent passport-size photos with a white background

• Copy of the valid passport (biometric page) and any old passport

• Family Ikhraj Keid

• Bank statement (not older than 10 days)

• Proof of employment (employment letter, or business registration if self-employed); school enrollment for students

• Flight ticket, hotel reservation, invitation, delegation letter and travel insurance: provided by BFA

Players with European/American/Canadian passports: no visa needed, passport photocopy valid for at least 3 months.

The final document list will be confirmed by the BFA Administration.
